How To Redeem your Star Points
After completing a purchase from Shooting Star
Gems, you will receive an e-mail with a promotion code.
When Making your next purchase, enter the promotion
code where specified during the check out process and your Star Points will be
credited against your purchase.
Star Point Program; Rules and Regulations
1.) All regularly priced Moissanite items are eligible to earn Star Points.
2.) All regularly priced Moissanite items are eligible for Star Points redemption.
3.) When creating an account with Shooting Star Gems, you are
automatically enrolling in the Star Points Program.
4.) Items that have earned Star Points which have been redeemed, are no
longer eligible for return.
5.) Star Points cannot be applied to past orders.
6.) Star Points are non-refundable and can only be used once (whether or
not the item is returned or exchanged).
7.) The Star Points earned for purchasing an item, will be reversed upon
return of that item.
8.) Star Points have no cash value and can be revoked or discontinued at
any time.
9.) Call or e-mail us at any time for inquiries about your Star Point
balance.
